Due to the recent COVID19 pandemic, churches have been forced to reduce spending, make tough decisions about downsizing staff, sell assets, merge with other churches, and develop a new normal to reach their community effectively.

Having an objective, impartial, and seasoned pastor that is familiar with the ministry’s internal structure is vital to increasing the stability and continued growth of a church. 

Ron has pastored in five churches. He is responsible for planting the Church of the Hills in 1990 from a Bible study. In 1991-1994 he secured several rental spaces as the member base grew. In 1995, the church purchased a 15-acre Equestrian Training Center in Bedminster, NJ, as renovations began. From 1996-2001 the member base continued to increase. As a result, an additional 10-acre adjacent tract of property was purchased for expansion. During 1991-2001, four Capital Campaigns were formulated to raise over 4 million dollars that were solely designated to property purchases, renovations, and development. 

At its peak, the Church of the Hills had over 100 active ministries, a Christian School K-12, and 750 members.

In 2017, Ron resigned his position, bringing his skill-set to others facing both personal and corporate problems.
